comfortable bedrooms and living areas are all easily accessible by wheelchair. We strive to differentiate from existing
Personal Care Home models in terms of facility layout, interior & exterior design and methods of service delivery.
Our care home is new construction with good quality finishes, has a two-storey design with all rooms located above grade with
private en-suite washrooms and elevator access. The basement is fully developed as common area for the residents and includes
spacious dining space, living room, salon and activity room. In addition, there are adequate common space in each level
(basement, main and 2nd floor).
Bedrooms are larger than what is typically seen in other comparable care homes and bedrooms also have large window. Each
bedroom has TV with cable connection. There is balcony on the second floor. Main and second floor has kitchenette with dining
space. Each floor has gas fireplace and big screen TV in common area. Second floor has a library corner.
